Sales Director: Worn Again

Sales Director
With strong marketing background

Salary: Base salary £1k/ month until investment is secured (estimated 3-5 months), plus sales commission and share options. Salary beyond investment tbc.

Location: East London

Organisation:
Worn Again (WA) is an innovative upcycling products and services company/ social business that turns pre and post consumer and corporate waste materials (e.g. plane seat covers, uniforms, hot air balloons) into design-led, functional products. We aim to make possible the mass production of upcycling disused materials whilst creating new opportunities for UK manufacturing. www.wornagain.co.uk

The company has two strands to the business – products sold to a consumer market through conventional retail sales streams and products for corporates made from their own waste materials and bought back into their supply chain.

Worn Again sources disused materials within the UK and is about to launch its latest consumer range out of Eurostar uniforms and Virgin hot air balloons which has been RE:Made in the UK.

Our values-led company was set up not only to transform consumption and manufacturing patterns through production of goods made from disused materials, but also to generate income for sustainable lifestyles organisation, Anti-Apathy, a registered charity. A percentage from every sale goes to support the work of the charity. www.antiapathy.org

Moving into its next phase of the business independent from its previous collaborator, Terra Plana, Worn Again is, in effect, a start up company and is currently preparing for investment.
